I’m deeply passionate about building, scaling and nurturing highly effective teams that are aligned to business goals and empowered to deliver. Over the past few years in SaaS, I’ve mentored Product teams, championed user-centred design, and helped organisations upskill so they can consistently and efficiently make smarter, data-driven and AI-enabled decisions. I love creating the conditions where teams thrive, ideas flourish, and products genuinely make a difference.

In my spare time, you’ll find me painting, baking, running or chilling at the beach/snow with my beautiful family.
